Payment/Cancellation Policy
Thank you for the opportunity to help you or your learner improve and achieve learning goals.
To all prospective/current clients and students:
All sessions must be pre-paid in advance. Payment can be made in cash, credit through Paypal, or the Cash App.
All cancellations must be made in writing by sending an email to mindsynap@gmail.com at least 24-48 hours in advance. If you fail to send proper notification to cancel or do not show up you will forfeit your session. Your session will not be rescheduled and the session fee will not be refunded. MindSynap Learning will only reschedule your session for a later date or time when proper notification is given. For students that show up more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled session the full rate will be charged. Students that are more than 10 minutes late will forfeit the session and have to reschedule the session.
In the event of an emergency and MindSynap Learning has to cancel a session, the session will be rescheduled and a complimentary 30 minute session will be provided. This will be in addition to any pre-paid sessions.
Please Note: All session fees are final.
